We are happy to announce the addition of three new members to our core team.
Our CEO, Jeff Keen, has announced the appointment of Gillian Berger as Client Service Administrator, Ashley Ramsay as Community Manager for Kelowna and Andrew Greer as Community Manager for Penticton.
The team at Accelerate Okanagan is very excited to welcome these three individuals who are committed to helping technology companies grow within the Okanagan.

Gillian Berger – Client Service Administrator
Formally educated at UBC Okanagan in History, English and Education, Gillian has spent the past 4 years teaching, which has strengthened her passion in helping others to learn, grow and develop into the best they can be. Born and raised in Kelowna, Gillian has a deep commitment to building a strong community and helping to establish the Okanagan as an entrepreneurial centre.
In her free time, Gillian loves going for hikes, reading, photography, volleyball and bowling. Excited about the career change into customer service, she is ready to assist the team at Accelerate Okanagan and their clients as the Client Service Administrator.
Ashley Ramsay – Kelowna Community Manager
Ashley joins Accelerate Okanagan as Community Manager with over ten years experience managing relationships, community, talent as well as a large scope of high profile digital entertainment projects for some of British Columbia’s most prominent animation studios. Formerly with the Okanagan Film Commission, Ashley provided strategic leadership for digital media producers in the Okanagan to help grow production in the region. Ashley’s relationships within the Okanagan community as well as hands-on participation in Accelerate Okanagan and the British Columbia Innovation Council programming gives her a unique perspective on steering the needs of the Okanagan technology community.
Ashley is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, enjoys all the offerings of the Okanagan lifestyle, likes to rock out with her daughter and would love to someday teach Yoga.
Andrew Greer - Penticton Community Manager
Andrew is an experienced business analyst, community builder, and sales manager. He cut his teeth at Xerox working on commission in business-to-business sales and sales management. He then transitioned to an analyst and business development role at Launch Lab, which helped technology companies start and grow in Eastern Ontario. His work experience is supported by a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the Royal Military College. Andrew has experience in taking products to market and assisting companies with growth strategies.
Andrew hails from Belleville, Ontario and has recently relocated to the Okanagan Valley. He enjoys all things athletic including kitesurfing, snowboarding, sailing and team sports. He is an amateur photographer, quiet conservationist, and poor guitar player.
