We are calling it Tech Talk and we want you to come. Tech sector employees, owners, and interested people; Tech Talk is a casual networking opportunity to come a speak with like-minded tech sector people. No big speeches. Just business people talking to business people, making connections, finding out who else is out there in Penticton and South Okanagan.
Who should come? Anyone in tech; internet & communications tech, clean & green tech, agricultural & life science tech. If you produce and sell technology or technology services, or have thought about doing so, you should come. Running a business? Working alone? Working in your basement? Working for someone else? Just interested? Come on out.
There is no cost to come; we just want you here.
The event will be held on July 12, 2012 (4:30 – 6:30) at Accelerate Okanagan’s Penticton Innovation Centre (PIC). The PIC is at Okanagan College (583 Duncan Avenue West) in the Jim Pattison Centre of Excellence. We are in Room 256 on the second floor, at the very end of the hall; there are signs inside the building.
