    Okanagan Valley Ahead of the Curve for Women in Technology

    The number of women entering the STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) workforce is gradually increasing, but growth is slow. The most recent survey data available from Statistics Canada shows women holding only 27% of all the STEM jobs in the country, while here in the Okanagan, 28% of tech employees are female - slightly ahead of the rest of Canada.
