Attracting and hiring top talent can be a struggle for any growing business. Let’s talk about The Global Talent Stream, an opportunity developed by the Government of Canada to help with the process of hiring talent from around the globe.
The Global Talent Stream is a service offered in collaboration with ESDC (Employment and Social Development Canada). This service is all about helping your company access highly-skilled global talent by providing timely, predictable, and responsive services.
There are two categories within the Global Talent Stream:

Category A – Finding unique and specialized foreign talent to help a company scale and grow their business ;

Category B – Finding highly skilled foreign workers in high-demand occupations for which there is insufficient domestic supply.
Perks of the Global Talent Stream include applications processed in 10 work days, employers receive “white glove service”, and the company does not need to advertise the job in Canada in advance.
