Startup Basics Session: Business Building Featured Image

Entrepreneurship can often seem daunting or intimidating to those first starting out but as a wise man once said, the best place to start is the beginning. You’ve got a world-changing idea and you’re ready to make it happen, so what’s the next step? The Business Building session of the Startup Basics program is designed to take you from idea to action.

In this session, Alison Yesilcimen will guide you through the steps to building an effective Business Model Canvas. Alison is passionate about bridging the gaps between people, process, technology, and business. She is also a wealth real life examples.

Session participants will leave knowing how to properly build a value proposition, identify and segment your customer base, and determine your key partners and resources based on your unique business needs.
