Solve is cloud software provider, with simple apps to manage mission-critical client workflows, business operations and field services; used by thousands of businesses for almost 20 years. A Google Cloud Premier Partner and Amazon AWS Technology Partner, we have the product, experience, focus and street cred.

Building useful software that people enjoy using is hard, especially software that is geared to make a sizeable footprint in the mobile business market. It takes years of iterating user feedback and evolution of best practices, innovation and refinement. In 2017 we relocated our head office to sunnyside Kelowna, BC and launched our latest product, Solve Client Manager. Now we’re looking to continue scaling the business and team.

We’re proud, we’re weird and we’re highly capable. A growth company that feels like a start-up. There’s no corporate hierarchy, and our business operates in a simplistic fashion that most companies strive for.

What is it like here?

Career growth for everyone at the company is entirely up to them. In our history, we’ve seen a ‘Junior Marketer’ transition to become ‘Head of Product Development’ and a new post-graduate gain the experience to lead our entire Sales and Marketing team.

Who are we looking for?

We’re keenly interested in working with …

  • New graduates who have a strong interest in software, technology, apps. 
  • Ambitious professionals with 5 or less years of experience in customer service, software or related. We’re open to interpretation.
Someone who is curious, resourceful and is looking for a place to flesh out their skillset. Your day will often involve working directly with CEOs and owners, recommending solutions to their specific business challenges, giving you valuable insight into how a wide variety of industries run. You’ll also have opportunities to leave your thumbprint, working alongside senior staff to uncover loose ends and make refinements to our products and discover relationships with potential partners and other SaaS vendors. We’ll set you up to win and support you where you need it.

If you’re keen, many of our staff also grow into roles where they have their hands in a variety of projects and responsibilities. If you’re really good, there’s an opportunity for you to set the pace for the entire team and round out your leadership qualities. There is always a lot of new work to do. You will never be typed-cast.
