We are looking for a Product Manager to join our amazing team of 8 at the Innovation Centre in Kelowna, BC. As a Product Manager, you will lead our team continuing to build a product that our customers love. We value innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement and we make sure that each team member has the tools they need to succeed. We also like to have fun and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
You’re going to have a serious attention to detail while leading the product and working with a high-performing and efficient team. This position could be for you if you have a fun-loving personality and a keen interest in technology.
We (Tonit) are building a global community of connected motorcycle riders so that they can meet new riding friends, share biking related content, and track their riding experiences. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have ridden a motorcycle before to work with us.
Salary range: $70,000 - $110,000/yr

Taking and analyzing feedback from multiple business units.
Owning the up and down responsibility for the delivery of the product.
Translating product roadmaps and feature requests into mockups, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinating cross-component dependencies throughout the development process.
Working with all teams to actively remove obstacles blocking progress.
Work with customers directly to find out their pain points/ needs.
Understanding the design, business logic, and technical architecture of the product.
Serving as primary product expert (functional, not technical) for all business units.
Ownership of the complete product/features lifecycle.
Work with our development team to ensure features/components are completed (agile).
Collaborate with our leadership team on strategy and roadmap decisions.
3-5 years of experience as a product manager OR 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer who is interested in moving into a product management role.
